To begin utilizing this service, users must first download the application and log in using their existing Home Banking credentials. For those not yet registered with Home Banking, enrollment is a prerequisite before accessing MovilCoop.

• Retrieving historical data for accounts and loans
• Monitoring balances and details for credit cards
• Managing debit card information
• Performing transfers between personal accounts

• Paying bills to commercial entities
• Settling credit card statements
• Reviewing payment history for commercial bills
• Checking the status of checks with payment holds
• Locating branch offices and ATMs of the Cooperative
• Accessing assistance to find the most suitable branch for your needs

Similar to the Home Banking service, all information, account balances, and transactions conducted through MovilCoop are updated in real-time, ensuring current data availability. Additionally, to ensure your peace of mind, transactions are carried out within a secure environment employing SSL encryption with 128-bit support. This encryption guarantees that data exchanged between your device and the service is protected through advanced cryptographic algorithms.
